Levitans: Data sheet and directions for platforms with round air pads

PLATFORMS ON AIR PADS

· These platforms are based on round standard air pads, that are defined on sheet S02.
· They are made on demand with dimensions adapted to the size of the loads to be handled. Minimum dimensions are given in table below.
· They may be completed with a guide bar and be covered with a punched plate.
· For out of center loads: be careful to avoid excessive load on single pads. Number of pads may be raised where necessary.

AIR SUPPLY
· May be directly connected to compressed air supply (pressure regulator not necessary).
· Air consumption: see sheet S02.
· Flexible pipe diameter to be determined as a function of required air flow (depending in turn on floor quality) and of pipe length.
