Platfoms on air pads (see front) may be supplied with stacker behaviour, to allow handling of loads on special pallets or on wedges.

| HOW IT WORKS |
I. - Gap recovery with

1. - Platform is moved under the load with air pads levitated
2. - Jacks are inflated
3. - Invert operations for unloading | 1. - Platform is moved under the load with air pads levitated
2. - Air pads are shut off
3. - Wedges are put in position to cover the distance between the platform and the load
4. - Air pads are levitated and loads is moved
5. - Invert operations for unloading on support wedges |
